Creamy Buttered Egg Noodles

    Butter noodles are always good. I had some self inflicted trouble.
    Only packages at the store were 12 ounces. Tried to use it all, didn't want 4oz noodles laying around 'till I found a use, and probably should have added another half cup of water to compensate. They weren't done enough for me at 10 minutes and should have extended the time another 5 minutes.
    Remember to salt and pepper to taste.
    I'm thinking that some shredded Mozzarella and or Parmesan stirred in just before serving would be a nice addition.
