How to make it

  • Cut egg plant and zuchinni in 1 cm by 2 ins slices and put onto the grill and grill till they are soft but not mushy. Carve the carrots and slice 2 olives for decoration. Arrange the salami and the vegetables according to your own fancies. Drizzle the sauce over the grilled vegetables. Serve with freshly baked baguettes
