Scallop Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 lb bay scallops shopping list
- 1/2 stick of melted butter shopping list
- a squeeze of lemon! shopping list
- several shots of hot sauce!(like Frank's) shopping list
- 1/2 package Ritz crackers crushed shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- in a buttered 8 by 8 casserole dish add scallops
- squeeze a lemon wedge over scallops
- add a few shots of hot sauce
- sprinkle salt and pepper to taste
- crush Ritz crackers sprinkle over scallops
- drizzle melted butter over scallops
- bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes or till crackers are lightly browned
