- 16 oz. Home-made noddles,cooked shopping list
- 16 oz. cottage cheese,the creamy kind shopping list
- 1 1/2 Cups cheese sauce,made with sharp Cheddar shopping list
- 1 Cup half-and-half shopping list
- 8 oz. cream cheese shopping list
- 1 Cup cheddar cheese,shredded shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons butter shopping list
- 1/2 Cup parmigiano~Reggiano,shredded shopping list
- 3/4 Cups Home-made Herblets,crushed shopping list
- salt,and Freshly Crushed,light peppercorns shopping list
How to make it
- Combine noodles and cottage cheese in a lighty greased baking dish...set aside for a spell.
- In saucepan,heat the cheese sauce,half-and-half,cream cheese,cheddar cheese,and butter.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper...I add a pinch of nutmeg.
- Pour mixture over the noodles in waiting,and gently stir to combine.
- Sprinkle Parmigiano~Reggiano and crushed Herblets over the top.
- Bake for 15 minutes in a 375 degree oven,until top is a beautifully browned in color,and noodles underneath are bubbly.
- ~ Serve with a fresh green salad,with strawberry vinaigrette, a slice of sweet cured country ham,and a slice of warm sage bread...recipe forth coming...Purple Acai and Blueberrry Tea....A Coffee Gelato,with a Plain Cookie for Dessert ~
