Roasted Potatoes W. Thyme

- 2 yukon gold potatoes, scrubbed and cut into wedges - skin on shopping list
- Fresh thyme, leaves picked from 2-3 stalks, additional 4-5 stalks shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Toss all ingredients in a bowl, adding salt and plenty of freshly ground blk pepper.
- Roast on a baking sheet in a 450 degree oven for about 25-30 min.
- *optional- squeeze lemon juice on top once potatoes are done.
