How to make it

  • Toss all ingredients in a bowl, adding salt and plenty of freshly ground blk pepper.
  • Roast on a baking sheet in a 450 degree oven for about 25-30 min.
  • *optional- squeeze lemon juice on top once potatoes are done.

    Do you cut the potatoes into pieces. Sounds good. Love thyme with potatoes.
    You are cooking 25-30 mins so you must cut into chunks..
