How to make it

  • Combine turkey, pepper, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, garam masala and Tandoori curry paste in large bowl.
  • Between 2 pieces of waxed paper press this mixture to form a rectangle ¾ inches thick and about the width of your loaf pan.
  • Remove top piece of waxed paper.
  • Roll goat cheese into a rope and place on the narrow end of the rectangle of ground turkey mixture.
  • Using the bottom piece of waxed paper rol up the meat, starting with the cheese side and pulling off the waxed paper as you go.
  • Press into meatloaf pan so it fits.
  • Combine plum sauce, peach jam and curry powder to make a glaze. Spread over top of loaf.
  • Bake loaf in 350F oven 40 minutes.
