Moroccan Meatloaf With Goat Cheese

- 2 lb. ground turkey breast shopping list
- 1/2 tsp fresh pepper shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/2 cup unseasoned breadcrumbs shopping list
- 2 tsp minced garlic shopping list
- 2 tsp garam masala shopping list
- 2 tbsp Tandoori curry paste shopping list
- 100g soft goat’s cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup plum sauce shopping list
- 1/4 cup peach jam shopping list
- 1/2 tsp curry powder shopping list
How to make it
- Combine turkey, pepper, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, garam masala and Tandoori curry paste in large bowl.
- Between 2 pieces of waxed paper press this mixture to form a rectangle ¾ inches thick and about the width of your loaf pan.
- Remove top piece of waxed paper.
- Roll goat cheese into a rope and place on the narrow end of the rectangle of ground turkey mixture.
- Using the bottom piece of waxed paper rol up the meat, starting with the cheese side and pulling off the waxed paper as you go.
- Press into meatloaf pan so it fits.
- Combine plum sauce, peach jam and curry powder to make a glaze. Spread over top of loaf.
- Bake loaf in 350F oven 40 minutes.
