How to make it

  • In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except old bay seasoning and flounder.
  • Lay flounder filets flat and place 1/4 of the stuffing in each filet fold ends over and place folded end down.
  • Line grill grate with aluminum foil spray with PAM.
  • Place flounder fold sides down , sprinkle with old bay and grill at 375-400 for 35 mins .
