I only learned about Burrata this past spring and unfortunately haven't had the pleasure of trying it out yet. Lovely recipe.

I only see burrata cheese in the recipe and have been searching the web for more of the same. This is super creamy mozzarella and I have always just eaten it by itself but this salad is molto bene. Chef Frank at Luca now makes his own. How exciting. I am going to try it. He has posted the recipe on the web.
Thank you for a delicious treat.
