Herb Bread (machine)

- Serves 1 loaf
After months of trying out everyone's recipe, and getting mild tasting breads, I went wild, and made the finest bread I have ever ever tasted.
Ingredients
- 1 cup water shopping list
- 1 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp sugar, honey or corn syrup shopping list
- 6-8 cloves garlic finely chopped or grated shopping list
- 1 tbsp heaped of each of oregano, basil, tarragon, Italian, rosemary shopping list
- 3 cups bread flour shopping list
- 3 tbsp dried milk shopping list
- 1 tbsp Rapid yeast ( not dried) shopping list
How to make it
- Beat the egg lightly in the water, throw everything in the bread machine, and hit Start. Yes it is that easy
- Light, fabulous hot with butter, or cold w/ tomato avocado and onion, or as a side for spaghetti.
- By the way, I have given up on dried yeast. After many flat, heavy loaves, I switched to the Rapid, wet kind, and what a difference. Even after cutting back from 4 to 3 cups of flour, it still overflowed some
