Chili Dogs In A Shell Recipe

How to make it

  • Bring tortillas to room temperature. Preheat oven to 475 degrees F.
  • if using taco shells use as directed on package and put hot dogs on top of chili and cheese
  • heat chili
  • Spread 1 heaping teaspoon of chili on each tortilla. Place slice of cheese on top of chili. Set hot dog in center of cheese. Roll up sides of tortilla and fasten with wooden picks.
  • Bake approximately 10 minutes until cheese is melted and tortilla is crisp.
  • put dashes of hot sauce on them if desire
