Rhubarb Jam

- 5 cups cut up rhubarb shopping list
- 4 cups white sugar shopping list
- 1 small package strawberry jello shopping list
- 1 small can or 1 cup crushed pineapple and juice shopping list
- 4 jelly jars with lids and bands. shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in a 4- quart saucepan. Stir over moderate heat until sugar dissolves. Boil rapidly 20 minutes, reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly until thickened, about 10 minutes. Pour into jelly jars or other containers, cool and store in refrigerator.
