How to make it

  • Served cool (room temperature)
  • 75 cents per person
  • Boil: (low flame-will take 20 min)
  • 1 cup Quinoa
  • 3 cups of water
  • once cooked, cool down the Quinoa in the freezer for 10 minutes
  • Place edamame warm in water to unfreeze and remove shells
  • Dice the fresh tomato
  • chop up fresh basil
  • Chop up the garlic cloves in tiny pieces
  • Gently steam a cup of corn
  • blend all ingridients gently when cool
  • add one full fresh squeezed lime
  • Add the olive oil for flavor
  • spice to taste
  • I used natural sea salt as well
  • Garnish with fresh basil and tomatoes as you wish
  • Enjoy!

    great new recipe for me - I am allergic to all kinds of flour and grain and quinoa is great for all kinds of meals - I also use it, together with buckwheat,amaranth, and other similar gluten-free cereals. thank you for sharing. Renate
