Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a medium saucepan, melt butter.
  • When butter is melted, add cream cheese.
  • When the cream cheese is softened, add milk.
  • Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Simmer for 15-20 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat, stir in parmesan & a pinch of nutmeg to taste.
  • Serve over hot pasta.

    Yum, love Alfredo sauce, and I've tried a bunch of different ones. I think the cream cheese makes the difference. Thanks for the great recipe!
