How to make it

  • 1.Seive the flour & the baking powder together and keep aside.Grease a baking pan and line it with brown paper.
  • 2.Assemble the milk, butter, sugar, white chocolate in a bowl and slowly melt it all in a Bain marie or a Double Boiler or over a saucepan of simmering hot water until it just melts and is smooth & gooey . See Photo
  • 3.let it cool for about 10-15 mins and then beat the eggs with some vanilla essence and add one at a time & mix well See Photo
  • 4.add the flour to this mixture and mix well.Pour into the prepared pan. See Photo
  • 5.Preheat an oven @180d,and bake it over low heat for about 40 mins keep checking in between,so it doesnt get burnt See Photo
  • 6.Let it cool completely and then frost it either using a readymade white frosting(if in a hurry) or heat half cup of cream till it just boils,be very careful,it burns really quick and pour it over 200g of chopped white chocolate and mix it well, you can beat it a little for thickness, or refridgerate it for some time once cooled, and then proceed to frost the cake See Photo
