I made this last night and honestly had to add some friends to get it to the level that I like to cook at, Just suggesting you add 1 cup of cream, 4 cups of veggie stock, 4 Tbsp butter, 2 Tbsp flour. Saute 1/2 large white onion in Olive oil with your Garlic Add in !/4 cup of chopped carrots and "Viola"
You had a great base just needed a litte bit more, Please take this as constructive critisism and let me know the next time how you like it ;)
