Classic 'flop Proof' Scones

- 250 ml cream shopping list
- 3 cups self raising flour shopping list
- 250 ml Sprite shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
- 1 beaten egg shopping list
How to make it
- Pre heat oven to 180 degrees C
- Add all the ingredients into a bowl.
- DO NOT STIR, rather fold the ingredients together until mixed.
- Grease a baking tray. I use a spoon to place medium to large 'blobs' on the tray, leaving about 2 cm between them on either side. Brush lightly with egg. Bake until tops are golden.
