Clementine Gin Fizz

This drink is easy to make and wonderfully refreshing. The bright orange color makes it a fun fall drink. We had them while carving pumpkins and the color was a perfect match to our jack-o-lanterns!
Ingredients
- 2 oz gin (I use Bombay Sapphire) shopping list
- Splash Lemoncello shopping list
- tonic water (or champagne) shopping list
- 3 small clementines shopping list
How to make it
- Peel and separate clementines, put pieces into a cocktail shaker
- Muddle clementine
- Add a handful of ice
- Add Gin and Lemoncello
- Cover and give it a good shaking
- Strain into a glass of ice
- Top off with Tonic water or champagne
- Garnish with a Clementine wedge
- -Can also be made into a Clementine Gin martini: just strain into a chilled martini glass and use just a tiny splash of tonic
- Enjoy!
