How to make it

  • Bake cheese waffles in a waffle iron, set aside and keep warm.
  • In a double boiler, scald 2 c of the tomato juice.
  • Add the flour to the remaining cup of juice and beat until smooth.
  • Blend in cream to the flour/juice.
  • Pour the scalded tomato juice into the mix, and return to the double boiler.
  • Add salt and pepper and cook for 25 minutes.
  • Serve over waffles.

    I'm really glad I wasn't a part of that conversation. I tend not to eat breakfast because I don't like all the sweet. Ooooo, will I like these!
