How to make it

  • Whisk eggs together adding salt / pepper for flavoring. Set aside
  • Chop tomato and uncooked turkey bacon.
  • Heat up skillet on medium high heat.
  • Add a little Pam to skillet
  • Pour Chicken Stock in skillet.
  • Once stock is bubbling, add diced tomato and bacon. Cook until bacon is lightly brown, stirring often.
  • Add whisked eggs on top of bacon mixture.
  • Stir often and cook eggs until at desired consistency.
  • Serve and enjoy.
