Filling Scrambled Eggs

- 4 eggs (or can use egg whites) shopping list
- 1 roma tomato shopping list
- 5 slices of turkey bacon shopping list
- 2 tbl chicken stock shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Whisk eggs together adding salt / pepper for flavoring. Set aside
- Chop tomato and uncooked turkey bacon.
- Heat up skillet on medium high heat.
- Add a little Pam to skillet
- Pour Chicken Stock in skillet.
- Once stock is bubbling, add diced tomato and bacon. Cook until bacon is lightly brown, stirring often.
- Add whisked eggs on top of bacon mixture.
- Stir often and cook eggs until at desired consistency.
- Serve and enjoy.
