Smoky Pumpkin Hummus

Oh my, this is good! Smoky, cumin-y, spicy, smooth and creamy....and it's loaded with vitamins and stuff that's good for you! Great for the holidays.
Ingredients
- 1 can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed shopping list
- 1 can pumpkin, canned shopping list
- 1/4 cup tahini shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1 teaspoon chipotle pepper, powdered shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin shopping list
- 2 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 5 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh shopping list
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/3 cup plain yogurt, Fage Greek non-fat shopping list
How to make it
- Process the beans and garlic until very fine and add the rest of the ingredients. Process until beautifully smooth.
- Serve with blue corn tortilla chips for Halloween!
