How to make it

  • 1.HEAT 3 TBSPS OF GHEE IN A LARGE POT OVER MEDIUM HEAT.
  • 2.WHEN IT IS HOT, ADD THE MEATBALLS ( or pork or chicken)AND BROWN THEM SLIGHTLY. REMOVE THE MEATBALLS FROM THE POT AND SET ASIDE.
  • 3.CONTINUING WITH THE SAME HEAT, ADD ONE MORE TBSP OF GHEE TO THE POT
  • 4.ADD THE ONION GARLIC AND GINGER; SLIGHTLY BROWN THEM, STIRRING OCCASIPNALLY –DO NOT BURN.
  • 5.ADD THE CURRY POWDER, MEATBALLS AND TOMATOES TOSS THEM AROUND FOR THE SPICE MIXTURE TO COAT THE MEATBALLS.
  • 6.ADD WATER AND SALT, BRING TO A BOIL
  • 7.THEN LOWER THE HEAT AND SIMMER UNTIL IT REACHES THE DESIRED CONSISTENCY.
  • Serve it with White rice
