How to make it

  • Boil up your potaots and cauliflower until done, drain and set aside.
  • Fry the onion until golden brown, add salt, giner, garlic, tumeric, coriander, cumin, chilli and char spices with some oil. Fry for a minute.
  • Add potatos and mix in bacon bits, fry for a further 5 minutes addig a little oil if needed to coat all the spuds with the spices.
  • Roll up in a rotti (if you have or a chipatti) and enjoy.
