How to make it

  • Mix almond/peanut butter and honey together then add oats and raisins.
  • Form into balls and set aside. Pulverize more oats in a food processor until powdery.
  • (You can add carob powder and cinnamon to the oat powder for more pizazz.)
  • Roll balls in powder.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes then eat with a tall glass of soy milk!

These sound really good! After cookies are refrigerated, do they stay well at room temperature or do they get gooey? Many years ago, I remember ordering a non-bake vegan-type after meal treat called "joy balls"..... have never had them since then. My sister and I would order their vegi sandwich, then a ball each. It was at a vegi cafe along the coast in California. I'm hoping this recipe will be similar. Thanks for sharing it!
