Vegan No Bake Cookies

- 3 cups rolled oats shopping list
- 2 cups almond butter or peanut butter shopping list
- 3/4 cup honey shopping list
- 1/2 cup raisins shopping list
How to make it
- Mix almond/peanut butter and honey together then add oats and raisins.
- Form into balls and set aside. Pulverize more oats in a food processor until powdery.
- (You can add carob powder and cinnamon to the oat powder for more pizazz.)
- Roll balls in powder.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes then eat with a tall glass of soy milk!
