How to make it

  • Turn broiler on to preheat. Line a large cookie sheet (1″ deep) with foil and spray generously with cooking spray. Pat fillets dry with paper towels and place in pan.
  • Broil on top rack for 8-10 minutes, turning once. Fish should flake easily with fork.
  • While fish is cooking, mix water, cornstarch, bouillon and pepper in 1-quart saucepan until smooth. Cook over medium haet, stirring frequently, until the mixture is thick and bubbly. Reduce heat to low and stir in butter-flavor granules and lemon zest. Remove from heat and stir in chives. Serve over fish.
