Fresh Catfish Filets With Buttter And Lemon Zest Sauce

                    - 1 lb fresh catfish fillets shopping list
 - 1 cup water shopping list
 - 2 Tbsp cornstarch shopping list
 - 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon granules shopping list
 - pepper shopping list
 - 2 Tbsp butter-flavor granules shopping list
 - 1 tsp lemon zest shopping list
 - 1 Tbsp chopped fresh chives shopping list
 
How to make it 
                    - Turn broiler on to preheat. Line a large cookie sheet (1″ deep) with foil and spray generously with cooking spray. Pat fillets dry with paper towels and place in pan.
 - Broil on top rack for 8-10 minutes, turning once. Fish should flake easily with fork.
 - While fish is cooking, mix water, cornstarch, bouillon and pepper in 1-quart saucepan until smooth. Cook over medium haet, stirring frequently, until the mixture is thick and bubbly. Reduce heat to low and stir in butter-flavor granules and lemon zest. Remove from heat and stir in chives. Serve over fish.
