Chili Anyone?

- 1 onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 1/2 lb ground chuck shopping list
- 3 tablespoons chili powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt ( I use Lowery's) shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 1, 10.75 oz can of condensed tomato soup shopping list
- 1, 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes with sweet onions (don't drain) shopping list
- 1, 10 oz can diced tomatoes with mild green chiles (don't drain) shopping list
- 2, 16 oz cans chili beans in mild sauce (don't drain, I like a lot of beans in mine) shopping list
- 1, 15 oz can black beans (DRAINED) shopping list
How to make it
- Cook beef, chili powder, seasoning salt, pepper, and one half of chopped onions in large sauce pan
- Cook 4 - 5 minutes or until meat is no longer pink
- Stir in remaining ingredients (don't forget the rest of the onion)
- Bring to a boil, stirring often
- Turn heat to low and cook for 10 minutes
- Serve with sour cream, shredded cheese, and oyster cracker.
- Enjoy!
