  • 1. In a large saucepan brown the sausage then slice into small pieces.
  • 2. In a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat, combine the ground beef or turkey, garlic, onion, green pepper and sauté for 10 minutes, or until meat is browned and onion is tender.
  • 3. Add the Pork slices to the Dutch oven.
  • 4. Add the ground black pepper, cumin, garlic salt, and tomato sauce, and salsa, chili seasoning mix, apple cider vinegar, corn and kidney beans. Mix well, reduce heat to low and simmer for at least 2 hours.
  • I recommend serving it with cornbread and hot sauce of choice.
