Ingredients
  • hash browns (frozen )
  • 1 cup supersweet corn kernels
  • 1 green pepper finely diced
  • 1/2 red onion finely diced
  • 1 cup grated tasty cheese
  • 1/2-1 tablespoon tabasco sauce or any hot chilli sauce
  • 2 tablespoon chopped fresh basil or 1 tsp dried basil

Directions
  1. mix together corn, green pepper, red onions, cheese, tabasco sauce and basil
  2. season with salt and pepper if desired
  3. place hash browns on baking tray
  4. fan grill at 230 deg celc for 5-7 min until brown
  5. turn hash browns over and top with generous spoonfuls of the corn topping
  6. return to oven and fan grill for a further 5 min until hot and golden
