hashbrowns with cajun corn Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • mix together corn, green pepper, red onions, cheese, tabasco sauce and basil
  • season with salt and pepper if desired
  • place hash browns on baking tray
  • fan grill at 230 deg celc for 5-7 min until brown
  • turn hash browns over and top with generous spoonfuls of the corn topping
  • return to oven and fan grill for a further 5 min until hot and golden
