Grandma Sides Barbecue Pork Recipe
Good old fasioned version of a boston butt pork barbecue. Freezes nicely.

Ingredients
  • 1 Boston But Roast (3-4 lbs)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups of broth (or more)
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar (apple cider or your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup kechup
  • 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • tabasco sauce to taste

Directions
  1. Boil the Roast for 3-5 hours in salted water.
  2. Cool and remove from the juice.
  3. Skim off the fat, leaving enough for taste.
  4. Break the meat into medium peices and set aside.
  5. Mix together the broh, vinegar, brown sugar, lemon juice, ketchup, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
  6. Boil for 15 minutes.
  7. Add the meat to the sauce and cook for 45 minutes.
  8. Serve over rice or in hamburger buns.
