How to make it
- MELT butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add sugar; cook until melted, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low. Gradually add sour cream; cook 1 min.
- Slice bananas and add to skillet, cook 1 min. or until bananas are tender and evenly coated with caramel sauce.
- Spoon bananas over ice cream, top with remaining sauce. You can also garnish the dessert as you like with melted chocolate, chopped nuts, or whipped cream with a sprig of fresh mint!
