Chicken Kabobs

- 1 lb. skinless chicken, cut into 1 inch cubes shopping list
- 2 c zuccini, cubed shopping list
- 2 c yellow squash, cubed shopping list
- 2 c red pepper, cubed shopping list
- 1/2 lb. fresh button mushrooms shopping list
- lemon wedges, for garnish shopping list
- olive oil for grilling shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat grill or broiler and prepare with olive oil.
- Alternate chicken and vegetable cubes on skewers.
- Grill for about 15-20 minutes, turning at least once, until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from the grill onto a serving platter
- Garnish with lemon and serve.
