    Recipe by Wholehealthrns: Chicken Kabobs/saved
    My first kabob...........EVER!
And it was very tasty. Recipe came out exactly to spec. Unfortunately for me, I forgot to lace the 'shrooms onto the skewer. But besides that, it was delicious.
    One thing - I added S&P.
Well, two things. Broiled these in the oven at 400F.
Dark and light meat both worked well. Recipe highly recommended.

Oh, gosh, pso - those look so good! I haven't made kabobs in such a long time. My favorite kabob is shrimp, zucchini and onion. I love the colorful picture!

I have some of all the ingredients left over. Maybe I'll do a stir fry, and try real hard to remember the 'shrooms.

I am also fond of kabobs and we make 'em several times every summer.

We like or veggies not so much done, so unless we are cooking beef or shrimp for the meat, we usually do cook our veggies skewers separate from the meat ones.

    These sure are pretty!

I came back to this thread to read the additional posts and realized I've never kabob-ed with chicken! Never even thought of it. Glad you put this here, pso.

Lol and I was thinking after you mentioned shrimp that I have never kabob-ed with it! I've made shrimp skewers but not with the veggies and stuff. Does that count?
