How to make it

  • In skillet,fry bacon using med. heat till crisp. Drain,pat dry with paper towels. In same skillet,saute onions in some of the bacon fat. Clean skillet.
  • Add oil,heat to med. and brown chicken breasts.
  • Place chicken in lightly greased 9x13" baking pan. Pour soy sauce over tops of chicken. Spoon ranch dressing over each breast.
  • Sprinkle onion over each breast. Sprinkle with cheese and top with pieces of bacon.
  • Bake in 350' oven for 35-40 mins or till juices run clear.
