Memphis City Schools Carrot Cake Recipe

How to make it

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a 13 x 9-inch cake pan.
  • Beat eggs with sugar, one at a time.
  • Mix dry ingredients. Add oil to dry ingredients and mix with eggs and sugar. Add carrots. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 25 minutes.

    I remember this cake, had it at the old Knight Arnold School in 1969 and it was good
