Strawberry Mint Vanilla Surprise Cake! Recipe

How to make it

  • 1.Preheat oven to 350F
  • 2.GreaSE & Line the baking dish
  • 3.Mix the flour,baking powder,baking soda & salt & set aside
  • 4.Beat the butter & sugar in a bowl till light & fluffy
  • 5.Add eggs one at a time
  • 6.add vanilla
  • 7.add the flour mix alternately with buttermilk,beating well after each aqddition
  • 8.once the batter is ready,divide it into 3 equal portions
  • 9.in one portion add the green food colouring along with the mint essence.in the second portion add few drops of the red food coloring to get a lovely pink color ,to this add the strawberry essence(u can also add rose essence instead of the strawberry for a different taste)
  • 10.Now in the greased pan first pour the plain white batter & spread evenly,then spread the green batter even it out & lastly follow with the pink batter,spread evenly.
  • 9. bake for 350-40 mins
  • 10.Cool & Ice with some whipped cream and some fresh strawberry slices,with a sprig of mint leaf in the middle
