How to make it

  • 1. Beat the eggs well in a bowl
  • 2. Melt butter in a small nonstick pan over medium heat and add eggs
  • 3. Allow the eggs to set on the bottom and add the cheese, the stuffing, to one half of the omelet
  • 4. Gently flip the non-stuffing side over the other and cook to desire consistency
  • 5. Put on a plate, eat and go make another
