Tuscan House Bacon And Turkey Stir-fry With Orzo

- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 10 oz turkey tenderloin, sliced thin shopping list
- 2-4 slices bacon, diced shopping list
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced shopping list
- 1 small onion, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup chicken broth shopping list
- 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing (I use Kraft Tuscan House Italian) shopping list
How to make it
- In a medium skillet, saute diced bacon until crisp. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels..
- Mix flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper together in a plastic bag. Add turkey and shake until well coated. Add the turkey to the skillet and brown in the bacon drippings, about 5 minutes. Add the bell pepper, onion, chicken broth, and Italian dressing.
- Simmer uncovered until vegetables and meat are tender, about 15 minutes. Add more liquid if necessary.
- Serve over orzo and garnish with the crispy bacon.
