I was late getting home from work and had to get my youngest to basketball practice at 6:30 last night and feed everyone before that - got this meal on the table in 30 minutes and it was wonderful. That's my kind of recipe! The meat was so tender and every bite was really bursting with flavor. I didn't have Italian dressing but did have a Basil Balsamic Vinaigrette, so I used that and the substitution was just fine. Everyone should try this great recipe!
