Fish Tea/soup

- * 2 lb small fish shopping list
- * 3 qrts. water shopping list
- * 2 large or medium cloves garlic shopping list
- * 1 sprig thyme shopping list
- * 3 stalks escallion shopping list
- * 2 medium potatoes shopping list
- * 4 finger of green bananas shopping list
- * 1 green scotch bonnet pepper shopping list
- * salt to taste shopping list
- * black pepper shopping list
- * few pimento seeds shopping list
- * 2 lemons or limes shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Wash fish in Vinegar or Lemon and drain
- 2. Combine that fish, garlic and water to boil until fish is off the bone of the fish
- 3. Pour the contents through a strainer and remove all bones.
- 4. Wash the potatoes and cut small.
- 5. Add the potatoes and salt to the strained soup.
- 6. Peel and add green bananas.
- 7. Let the soup simmer, then add thyme,escallion, pepper, pimento and black pepper
- 8. Simmer for another 8 mins. then serve hot with Excelsor crackers
