How to make it

  • 1. Wash fish in Vinegar or Lemon and drain
  • 2. Combine that fish, garlic and water to boil until fish is off the bone of the fish
  • 3. Pour the contents through a strainer and remove all bones.
  • 4. Wash the potatoes and cut small.
  • 5. Add the potatoes and salt to the strained soup.
  • 6. Peel and add green bananas.
  • 7. Let the soup simmer, then add thyme,escallion, pepper, pimento and black pepper
  • 8. Simmer for another 8 mins. then serve hot with Excelsor crackers
