How to make it

  • In a 8x8 pan line with foil,then spray with cooking spray...butter flavored.
  • Melt the white chocolate and one cup of the peanut butter over low heat,as not to scorch.
  • In separate saucepan melt the semi sweet chocolate and one third of the peanut butter...watch as not to scorch.
  • With a large wooden spoon place alternate dollops of white and semi sweet into the prepared pan.
  • Forget your Miss Manners Training...cuz' this does not need to be neat or precise.
  • Your prime concern is that the two chocolates are well distributed...and that one is not primarily on top or bottom.
  • Take a butter knife and twirl through the pan...you want swirls of color in mixing the two...but do not be to rambunctious in the swirl...otherwise you will have a muddy hue...and this is not what you want...Don't lose your...STRIPES.
  • Place the pan in the refrigerator to chill for about 2 hours.
  • Once set,remove it from the pan and cut into small 1x1 squares to serve.
  • OH...FUDGE!
