How to make it

  • 1. Fill saucepan with about 3/4 inch of water and bring to boil.
  • 2. Cook asparagus and brussel slices until tender-crisp about 6 minutes.
  • 3. Drain, then rinse with cold water.
  • 4. Return pan to the stove over medium heat, pour in oil and swirl around pan.
  • 5. Shake excess water off the asparagus and brussels and toss in oil, lemon juice with sesame seeds and salt to reheat.
