Sesame Asparagus & Sliced Brussels

- 1 bunch of fresh asparagus, trimmed shopping list
- 6 brussels trimmed and sliced thin shopping list
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil shopping list
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Fill saucepan with about 3/4 inch of water and bring to boil.
- 2. Cook asparagus and brussel slices until tender-crisp about 6 minutes.
- 3. Drain, then rinse with cold water.
- 4. Return pan to the stove over medium heat, pour in oil and swirl around pan.
- 5. Shake excess water off the asparagus and brussels and toss in oil, lemon juice with sesame seeds and salt to reheat.
