Watashi no Maguro Sashimi

- 2 cups, washed, cooked white medium grain rice shopping list
- 1 lb yellow fin tuna shopping list
- prepared wasabi shopping list
- soy sauce, to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Cut the tuna steak into thin slices, cutting against the grain. Pieces should be about 1 inch by 2 inches, and 1/4 inch thick
- Prepare your wasabi and soy sauce, mixing according to your taste
- Place rice on the side of the dish, and make your own sushi!
