How to make it

  • Muddle orange wedges in shaker till broken up. Add cream oc coconut,pineapple juice and rum.
  • Dry shake without ice and pour over crushed ice in an Old Fashioned glass.
  • Grat a generous amt. of nutmed and garnish with pineapple stick (if desired)
