This was a high rising bread using instant potato flakes. This makes a 2 lb loaf.

- 1 3/4 cup water
- 2 Tbsp margarine
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 c bread flour
- 2 c whole wheat flour
- 3/4 c potato flakes
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 3 Tbsp Non-fat Dry milk powder
- 2 tsp active dry yeast
Directions
- Basic Setting - choose your crust preference.

Yes, in the bread machine all you do is add the ingredients and choose your preferences and let it cook. I haven't baked it in the oven so I don't know the temp and times.
