Marinated Antipasto Platter

- 1/4 c olive oil shopping list
- 1/4 c red wine vinegar shopping list
- 2 TB orange juice shopping list
- 1 tsp grated orange peel shopping list
- 1 tsp dried rosemary,crushed shopping list
- 1 tsp dried tarragon shopping list
- 1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese,cubed shopping list
- 2/3 c pimiento stuffed olives shopping list
- 2/3 c pitted Greek olives shopping list
- 2/3 c pitted ripe olives shopping list
- 1 jar (4-1/2 oz) whole mushrooms,drained shopping list
- 1/2 lb thinly sliced hard salami shopping list
How to make it
- In large resealable bag,combine first 6 ingredients. Add the cheese,olives and mushrooms;seal bag,turn to coat. Refrigerate overnight.
- Dranin marinade;reserving 2 TB. Thread salami onto toothpicks.
- Arrange on large platter;drizzle with reserved marinade.
- Arrange cheese mixture around salami.
