How to make it

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F
  • Slice the french bread at an angle. I make 3 or 4 slices per person.
  • Prepare the garlic and tomato.
  • Arrange the slices on a baking sheet or pizza pan and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Coat each slice with diced garlic, and then diced tomato.
  • Add a spoonful of ricotta cheese to the top of each of those delicious looking piles :)
  • Sprinkle parsley and ground peppercorns over each slice.
  • Bake on the top rack of the oven for about 10 minutes.
  • Mangia!

    oh my GOSH. this looks amazing! i'm currently in asia where it's IMPOSSIBLE to get riccotta cheese, but as soon as i'm home (just under a month now, yay!) i'm gonna try this out, PINKY PROMISE!
