Tomato And Ricotta Bruschetta

How to make it
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F
- Slice the french bread at an angle. I make 3 or 4 slices per person.
- Prepare the garlic and tomato.
- Arrange the slices on a baking sheet or pizza pan and drizzle with olive oil.
- Coat each slice with diced garlic, and then diced tomato.
- Add a spoonful of ricotta cheese to the top of each of those delicious looking piles :)
- Sprinkle parsley and ground peppercorns over each slice.
- Bake on the top rack of the oven for about 10 minutes.
- Mangia!
