How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook beef, onion, and garlic, drain.
  • Add soy sauce, cumin, oregano, and black pepper.
  • While beef is simmering, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook your choice of pasta according to package directions, until al dente; drain.
  • Return cooked pasta to the pot over low heat; stir in cream cheese and milk until melted and creamy.
  • Add beef mixture and combine well. Stir in 1/2 cup shredded cheese, and transfer to baking dish. Top with remaining cheese, and bake for about 15 minutes or until bubbly.
