Kids Tea Party Sandwiches Recipe
Fun finger food for a school treat or a party. Amounts can be changed to whatever you want, if you only want a few pieces just mix up appropriate amounts. Kids can easily help make these, too.

Ingredients
  • 1 loaf sliced cinnamon raisin bread
  • 8 ounces cream cheese frosting (1/2 can)
  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 1/4 cup walnuts or pecans (optional)

Directions
  1. Trim crusts off bread.
  2. Combine frosting, cream cheese, carrot and nuts.
  3. Spread filling evenly on bread, top with another slice of trimmed bread.
  4. Slice sandwiches into quarters, cut into shapes like long fingers, triangles squares, etc. Or use cookie cutters to make other fun shapes.
  5. Chill for at least one hour before serving.
