Christmas Cocoa Mintini Recipe

How to make it

  • Fill Cocktail shaker with ice
  • Add Vodka, Schnapps, Baileys and a pinch of hot chocolate mix to a cocktail shaker.
  • Cover and give it a good shake!
  • Pour a small pile of hot chocolate mix onto a plate
  • Wet the rim of a martini glass with your cocktail (just dip your finger in and run it along the rim)
  • Dip the rim of the martini glass in to coat the rim with chocolate!
  • Pour in your cocktail, top with a few mini marshmallows from the hot chocolate mix.
  • Sip and Enjoy!
  • My boyfriend's less-sweet and VERY TASTY alternative:
  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 1 oz Peppermint Schnapps
  • 1 tbs hot chocolate mix
  • RImmed with hot chocolate mix and topped with shaved dark chocolate
