How to make it

  • Wash fish, place in large saucepan and add 4 cups water.
  • Finely chop tomatoes, onion, parsley, and peppers and add to water. Add salt and thyme.
  • Bring mixture to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes or until fish is tender. Serve immediately.
