How to make it

  • In a medium skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the onion and cook until translucent, about 2 minutes.
  • Add the bell pepper, garlic, salt, ground black pepper and allspice.
  • Cook, stirring often, for about 2 more minutes.
  • Stir in the vinegar, molasses, worcestershire sauce, lime juice and tomato sauce.
  • Cook for another minute.
  • Transfer the mixture to a blender.
  • Add the mango and jalapenos.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Let the sauce cool several minutes.
  • Transfer 1 cup of the sauce to a Ziploc bag.
  • Add the chicken, place in glass baking dish in case of a leak.
  • Let marinate in the refrigerator or 1 hour.
  • Preheat the broiler.
  • Put the chicken on a broiler pan and discard the marinade that was in the bag.
  • Broil the chicken on high for about 12-15 minutes, turning once.
  • Transfer the chicken to a cutting board and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • Slice chicken.
  • Spoon about 1/2 cup of the sauce over the chicken and serve.
  • DELICIOUS AND LOW FAT!!!!
